In the event of a cancellation more than 48 hours prior to 12 noon of the day of arrival, the deposit will be fully refundable.If cancelled between 48 hours and time of arrival no deposit will be refunded. But we will make every effort to re-let the room and if successful no charge will be made.

All cancellations must be made in writing / email / or text.
